It is not always easy to keep business stationery such as business cards for each employee, invoice forms for different locations and much more within a company in the prescribed CI/CD across all departments.
From now on, you can store your business stationery such as letterheads, envelopes, labels, flyers, greeting cards and business cards with Staffel Medien AG and order them as required. Changing individual data fields is simple and clear.

Your CI/CD-compliant business stationery is stored in the Staffel Medien AG online print portal. You determine which data fields can or should be changed. You can then place the order and your printed matter will be delivered to you on the defined paper, in the selected quality and in compliance with company standards – regardless of who places the order.
Sophisticated role definition rounds off the range.
How does the Staffel Medien AG online print portal work?
Example using a business card for a new employee:
- You go to store.staffelmedien.ch/ and log in.
- Go to “Products” and select what you would like to order in your company’s personal folder.
- Select the template and click on “Design product” to create the business card for a new employee.
- The business card template opens.
- Now enter the changed data of the new employee in the clear mask. Click on Preview and see the new employee’s business card.
Now click on “Shopping cart” and specify the required number of business cards.
They can then either order another product or go directly to the check-out process via the delivery, where the standard billing and delivery address are already stored.
And then the business cards for the new employee are on their way to you and you can get back to other important tasks.
Would you like to reorganize your business stationery and bring it up to a uniform standard?
Then we look forward to receiving an e-mail from you
