Not every file is ready for printing. We experience this every day: RGB instead of CMYK, resolutions that are too low, missing fonts, problematic PDF settings. Such errors can delay the production process, impair quality or, in the worst case, lead to an unusable print result.

Professional data checking and optimization

We check your print data thoroughly and optimize it for printing: colour spaces are converted, images are brought to the correct resolution and fonts are embedded. We create PDFs according to current standards (PDF/X), reduce transparencies correctly and create overprints correctly.

With our preflight check, we identify potential problems before they occur in production. We correct errors professionally and document all changes transparently. In this way, we guarantee smooth production and first-class print results.

Color management for consistent quality

Color management is complex, but crucial for good print quality. We ensure that colors remain consistent from monitor to print. To do this, we use ICC profiles correctly, define spot colors and convert color spaces cleanly.
